Order Processing Time:

  • Standard in-stock orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Some in-stock items may ship within 1 business day, and a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
  • Orders containing out-of-stock items, custom products, or items from our partner warehouses may require additional processing time. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing it to confirm availability and estimated delivery time.

Shipping & Delivery:

We ship orders via UPS, DPD, and PostNL to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system.

Estimated Delivery Times

Within the EU: 2–5 business days.
Outside the EU: 5–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. In the event of any delays, you will be notified by email with an updated delivery schedule.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping within the EU on all orders over €350.
Worldwide shipping: €150 (UPS).

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Any costs incurred due to refusal of delivery or import will also be charged to the customer.

When you receive your order from the shipping carrier, please inspect it carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Once the shipment has been signed for and accepted, neither Brondex nor the shipping carrier can be held responsible for any damage that was not reported at the time of delivery.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched (within one business day of placing the order). Refunds will be processed within 14 days. Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable.

If your order has already been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will need to receive the package and return it at your own expense. In such cases, all shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

At Brondex, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and reliable.

Return Eligibility

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in new, resalable condition;
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging;
  • Returns must be requested within the 14-day period;

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and the items you wish to return
  3. Our support team will provide further instructions

Customers may use any shipping method to return items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • All such returns are subject to inspection and approval;
  • Items must not be installed, modified, or used;
  • Products that have been fully or partially installed are not eligible for return;

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval;
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider;
  • Refunds can only be issued within 60 days of the original payment date;

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made products;
  • Special order (non-stock) items;

Cancellations are not permitted for custom-made or special order items once the order has been placed.

Warranty Claims:

Returns, refunds, or exchanges under this policy do not apply to warranty claims.
